I enjoy being able to help my clients with their Commercial Real Estate needs. Just like each client has different goals, each deal is different and provides the need for experience and professionalism to help navigate.

I am incredibly excited about the next 10 years in this industry and the opportunities available. I am a strong advocate for real estate investing and highly encourage everyone to consider real estate as an asset to invest.

I bring extensive knowledge of the Central Maine market and have completed complex commercial transactions from Bangor, Maine to Seabrook, NH.

I bring a down to earth approach to my business dealings and a hard driving work ethic to help satisfy my clients’ needs.

Tyler Stewart is an Associate Broker at The Fletcher Group where he leverages his passion for personal connections to excel in his real estate career. He approaches every transaction with unwavering commitment and dedication to ensure his clients receive tailored solutions to prioritize their satisfaction while maintaining the highest level of ethical behavior.

Tyler graduated from Saint Dominic Academy and pursued higher education at The University of Maine, focusing on Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. However, it was during the transformative period of the pandemic that he experienced a profound shift in his career aspirations. His calling to Real Estate has since become the driving force behind his professional journey.

When Tyler’s not hard at work, you can typically catch him on the water or at the gym.

Andrea Bates

Andrea Bates is a Property Manager with Northeast Real Estate Management, a division of The Fletcher Group. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and management of all managed properties. Andrea started her management career in Maintenance before being promoted to Property Manager.

Before joining NEREM, Andrea worked in the Medical Field as a CNA and got her Degree in Medical Assisting. Andrea has a passion for helping others, however after the pandemic, Andrea wanted a career change and was introduced to our team.

Andrea In her time off enjoys camping, the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family.
