Property Manager

Andrea Sanborn is a Property Manager with Northeast Real Estate Management, a division of The Fletcher Group. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and management of all managed properties. Andrea started her management career in Maintenance before being promoted to Property Manager.

Before joining NEREM, Andrea worked in the Medical Field as a CNA and got her Degree in Medical Assisting. Andrea has a passion for helping others, however after the pandemic, Andrea wanted a career change and was introduced to our team.

Andrea In her time off enjoys camping, the outdoors, and spending quality time with her family.

Head of Maintenance

Kevin Sanborn is the Head of Maintenance with Northeast Real Estate Management, a division of The Fletcher Group. Kevin has 20+ years of experience in the industry. He is a great team leader with many notches in his belt. He offers successful solutions for improvements within the properties he manages. Kevin is dedicated to his position and takes pride in his work. Kevin used to be a diesel mechanic in his family-owned business for 10 years before joining NEREM. While loving to work in the garage his passion has been in the construction industry and to offer his skills to others Kevin enjoys his time off by spending time with his family and being outdoors.
