Northeast Commercial Brokers is pleased to welcome Belinda Desmond to our company!

Belinda Desmond is the Director of Operations at Northeast Commercial Brokers. In this role she is responsible for the employee and sales team management, career visioning for each team member, strategic planning, and all day-to-day operations of the business.

Belinda brings with her 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management within the Telecommunications Engineering industry where she ran a team responsible for over $60 million in annual revenue…a benchmark her team exceeded annually. Her skills include building successful and productive teams, driving sales, as well as simplifying and managing processes. Belinda prides herself on being organized, adaptable and resourceful.

Belinda resides in New Gloucester with her husband Jeff, their two children and two Australian Shepherds. She's a self-proclaimed hockey, baseball and dance Mom and thoroughly enjoys supporting her children every season of the year! In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, golf and binge-watching various shows on Netflix.
