Joseph Menard is the Property Manager for Northeast Real Estate Management. He is responsible for the direct management and oversight of commercial/residential properties across the state.
Joseph brings six years of account, contract, sales, and project management experience. He believes that a customer-centric approach will always produce the best results. This belief has allowed him to build a successful professional track record in each role he has undertaken.
Maine has 3,478 miles of coastline - more than California (3,427), and over 5,000 miles of coast if you include all of the islands as well. Only Florida and Louisiana (mostly bayou) have more miles of coastline.
Geographically Maine is larger than the other five New England States combined.
